Can a protein shake really tickle your taste buds?  I think so!  The ViSalus Vi Shape shake provides not only the nutrition that our bodies need to lose weight, tone and build muscle, stay fit and healthy, but it has a delicious sweet cream flavor.  Described as the shake that “tastes like cake”, our patented protein is simple to use and versatile.   With Vi Shape you can have your cake and drink it too, minus the calories.  Simply mix 2 scoops with 8 to 10 ounces of fat free milk, soy milk, almond milk or water, shake or blend, and in less than 2 minutes you have a full meal.  The powder can also be sprinkled on cereal or stirred into yogurt.

If you’re asking, “Will I get tired of the same shake every day?”  The answer is No.  This shake mix can serve as a base for some extraordinary flavors.  You can make chocolate shakes by adding a tiny bit of cocoa power, coffee shakes by adding a pinch of coffee, blend with your favorite fresh fruit, add ice to make a refreshing smoothie or you can even make an apple pie shake.  A sample recipe is listed below.

  • ½ cups of Chopped Broccoli
  • 13 Whole Eggs
  • 5 medium Peaches
  • 2.5 Chicken Breasts
  • 1.5 cups of Frozen Yogurt
  • 1.5 cups of Bran Flakes
  • 18 oz. of Tomato Juice
  • 1.5 cups of Shredded Romaine Lettuce
  • 5 oz. of Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 cups of Cooked Lima Beans
  • 15 slice of Whole Wheat Bread
  • 20 spears of Asparagus
  • 1 cup of Brown Rice
  • 2 cups of Sliced Mushrooms
  • 30 Apples
  • 5 cups of Chopped Celery (10 whole stalks)
  • 3.5 medium Tomatoes
  • 3 Pineapples
  • 30 Prunes

This would cost approximately $103 and contain 8,674 calories.

At less than $2.00 per shake and only 170 calories when added to milk, our product cannot be matched.

Vi APPLE PIE SHAKE

8 oz. Skim Milk,

2 Scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix,

3 tbsp. Unsweetened Apple Sauce,

2 tsp. Cinnamon,

½ tsp. Vanilla Extract,

1 tsp. Sugar Free Caramel Syrup,

6 Ice Cubes

Add ingredients together.  Put in blender and mix on high until well blended.
